Ironman Louisville a year later
Yesterday was one year to the date that I completed the Ironman Louisville. I will not be racing here this year but I do know a few people who are. One person in particular is Tood Crandell. Todd as you know is the founder of racing for recovery. You can track him here on Sunday Aug 31st. I wish him the best of luck.
