I am battling something. Will post when all is better. No real milage this week so far.

Boston Week 3

Brr..... Did 11.5 miles today....was 21 out when I left and it was cold the whole time. I felt good. It was nice to get near 50 miles this week. I am being consistent with my mileage. Feb will be a heavy month and march will be also heavy. The race is not too far off. Keep warm.

Well today was pleasant run. I did 9 miles in the snow. It was fun and I enjoyed it. Yeah I am crazy but that is what I do.

Boston Training Week 2

As you can see I increased my mileage by about 10%. I did a 12 miler today. I am a bit sore since I am beginning to run a higher volume of mileage. Got a new pair of running sneakers. Will post more about them tomorrow.

So Nice Out

Well it was 65 today so I felt like doing a long run. It was supposed to be an easy day but I may get a bike in this week so I wanted to get some miles done. Enjoying those nice warm winter days.

Boston Marathon Training Week 1

Well first week of training is done.

I did a 9 mile run today. Felt good. Next Sunday I will do a 12 miler. I am following a plan and I also making my adjustments as I see fit. Overall 44 miles not bad in first week. I want to keep an avg of at least 40 miles through my training. I will keep you posted on how my progress is coming. I am keep a running log of my training I have the link on this page.

Monday is a recovery easy day.

Year In Review

Well here are the statics for 2007. Some serious mileage. I did a nice 6.5 mile run today was nice to get out and begin the new year. I am training for the Boston Marathon following a 16 week schedule. I will keep my fans updated as I begin my trek towards Boston. Have a happy and healthy new year.
