I did a 9 mile run today. Felt good. Next Sunday I will do a 12 miler. I am following a plan and I also making my adjustments as I see fit. Overall 44 miles not bad in first week. I want to keep an avg of at least 40 miles through my training. I will keep you posted on how my progress is coming. I am keep a running log of my training I have the link on this page.
Monday is a recovery easy day.
