Whats new?

Well I am done with PT right now. Back feel pretty good. I plan on begin to start running again next week. Hopefully run a couple days a week until I feel that I can handle running 6-7 days. I plan on also cross training and continue to stretch and do weights and core work. I will keep an update on how things are going. Enjoy the rest of the week.
