Well I finally did it. Here is my ironman tat...it is still in the process of healing.

2 hour delay
So school was delayed for 2 hours today so I took the opportunity to get a short run in the snow. It was cold but a nice a easy run. This month has already been nice since I am not running as much. Come Jan the trek for Boston begins.

Brian's Run
BRRRRR....
That is all I have to say. This was a local 10K. I finished with a time of 38:50 which breaks down to a 6:15 pace. This was a good time considering the course was hilly and it was wet and slippery. This was my last organized race for the year. December will be an easy month of training as I approach my training for Bolton. That about sums up my race.
