4 weeks down. I ended up with 70 miles for the week. Did a 17 mile run on sat. I hope to get the first 20 miler of the year within the next two weeks. The 17 miler was good but I was sore afterwards. It takes a bit of getting used to once the weekly mileage begins to increase. OVerall the training is going well. Enjoy your week. More to come this week.
