Did a 5k over the weekend. It was the first year and it was very well organized. I ended up 3rd overall with a time of 17:22. That is my fastest 5k time to date. For the week I ended up with 40 miles. I am trying to keep my base around 40 so that I have a solid base when I begin training for the NYC marathon in July. Can you guess who that is in the picture?
